LaraCraft™ is a platform and marketplace system that allows users and companies to create and manage
profiles, listings and related content, and to interact with other users. LaraCraft™ may only be used
in accordance with these Terms of Use and any applicable conditions from our partners.
LaraCraft™ and ZEROne IT reserve the right to change all or parts of these terms at any time without
further reason or prior notice to users. Any changes will be published on LaraCraft™.
Subscription
LaraCraft™ provides the platform, including domain and servers, for both private individuals and businesses. Users may create listings, projects or business profiles as part of a recurring subscription. Companies can choose between subscription periods such as one month, six months or one year. Unless otherwise agreed, subscription periods run on a continuous monthly basis.
Payment and Refund Terms
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected period unless the user cancels the subscription. Subscriptions are without binding period and can be cancelled at any time, but will only terminate at the end of the current paid period. Paid subscription fees are not refunded, even if the subscription is cancelled during the period or content is removed or deactivated before the end of the term.
Content Rights
Users retain the rights to all text, images and other content they create within the service. By using LaraCraft™, users grant other users permission to use the content in line with the nature and functionality of the service, and grant LaraCraft™ the right to store, process and technically adapt data where necessary for the operation of the service. LaraCraft™ reserves the right to remove any material that is deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms or applicable law.
Search Engines and SEO
As an important part of the service, LaraCraft™ may integrate with search engines such as Google for
SEO purposes. This means that data related to listings and profiles can be made available to search engines.
Once data is made available to a search engine, it is outside of LaraCraft™'s direct control. As a
result, information may remain visible in search results for an indefinite period after it has been changed,
closed or deleted on LaraCraft™.
LaraCraft™ cannot guarantee the timing of changes, closures or deletions reflected in search engines,
as this depends on the search engine's own processes and timeframes. We have implemented reasonable and
appropriate technical integrations to support this, but no guarantee can be given that data will be updated
or removed from search engines within a specific time period.
Compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA)
LaraCraft™ is committed to complying with the requirements of the Digital Services Act (DSA). This includes:
IMPORTANT: Users are encouraged to use the reporting tools available within LaraCraft™ if they experience illegal or inappropriate content on the platform.
Disclaimer
No guarantee is given that LaraCraft™ will operate without errors or interruptions. Users are responsible for their own actions on the platform and should carefully assess the reliability of other users before entering into any agreements or transactions. LaraCraft™ cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss suffered by users as a result of using the service. Users should not store information or data in the service with the expectation of permanent storage.
Removal of a User
LaraCraft™ and ZEROne IT reserve the right to remove any user from the service and terminate their right to use the platform at any time and without specific reason and without liability for compensation.
Terms for Listings and Profiles
LaraCraft™ publishes information about, among other things, individuals, companies and projects through
the service. The information originates from users who create profiles, listings or similar content within
the system.
These Terms of Use apply to all user contributions and changes to profiles and listings in the form of text,
images or other content submitted by users through LaraCraft™.
Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
Information that a user adds or changes is regarded by LaraCraft™ as the user's current contact
information and content. Such data may therefore be published via the services provided by LaraCraft™
and ZEROne IT.
By using LaraCraft™, the user consents to their contact details and listings being made available through
the services provided by LaraCraft™. The user may at any time edit or remove information concerning
their profile and listings, subject to technical and legal requirements.
The user is obligated to provide only accurate and up-to-date information about themselves or about a company
for which the user is an owner, employee or otherwise authorized representative. The user must not provide
information that is illegal, inappropriate, offensive or infringing towards third parties.
If LaraCraft™ becomes aware that a user has provided incorrect or misleading information, LaraCraft™ may,
at any time and without prior notice, suspend or terminate the user's access to the service and remove the
relevant information.
Images
Private profile images may only depict the user whose contact details the image is associated with.
The image must be clear and may not include other identifiable persons.
Company profile images may only depict the company, its logo or related brand elements for which the
contact information is provided. The image must be clear and may not include other persons, companies or
logos that the user does not have the right to use.
The user guarantees that they hold all necessary rights to any images uploaded to LaraCraft™, and that such
images do not infringe any third party intellectual property rights or other rights.
Furthermore, the user guarantees that uploaded images are not illegal, inappropriate, offensive or otherwise
harmful to third parties.
Responsibility for Information
LaraCraft™ makes reasonable efforts to ensure that user information is accurate, but does not guarantee
the correctness or completeness of any user-generated content and assumes no liability for such content.
The user who creates a profile or listing is solely responsible for ensuring that it complies with these
terms and that all information is correct in every respect.
Users who submit information via LaraCraft™ guarantee the accuracy of the information and accept the
following requirements:
Users who submit information guarantee and accept that such information does not breach confidentiality
obligations or infringe third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property
rights.
LaraCraft™ reserves the right not to publish information and, without prior notice, to remove information
that is in conflict with the above, or which is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Users shall indemnify and hold LaraCraft™ harmless from any direct or indirect loss, including claims for
damages or compensation to third parties, which LaraCraft™ may incur as a result of using or publishing
information provided by the user.
Measures Against Illegal Use and Incorrect Information
LaraCraft™ takes any misuse of the service and any use contrary to applicable law very seriously. We have
established measures against users who engage in such activity. LaraCraft™ reserves the right to pre-check,
process and edit profiles and listings without prior contact with the person or company concerned, and to remove
any information that we deem to violate these terms, our guidelines, or applicable law, or which we otherwise
regard as unethical, illegal, offensive or unsuitable for publication. LaraCraft™ is not obliged to justify
such decisions.
If a user believes that published content or contact information is offensive or otherwise inappropriate, the
content may be reported via the reporting tools available on LaraCraft™. However, LaraCraft™ alone decides
which published information will be removed from the service.
LaraCraft™ reserves the right to exclude users from the service at any time and without further notice.
